Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the acceptable use of the services and systems provided by InfraGard Indiana Members Alliance. By using our services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the Organization's services to:

Engage in Illegal Activities: Transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Transmit Harmful Content: Distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful.

Infringe Intellectual Property: Use material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization.

Compromise Security: Attempt to circumvent user authentication or security measures of any host, network, or account.

Interfere with Services: Use any program, script, or command designed to interfere with a user's session or disrupt services.

User Responsibilities

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Reporting Violations: Users must immediately report any suspected compromise of their account or any violations of this Policy to the Organization's administrator.
System and Network Security

Unauthorized Access: Users shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.

Service Interference: Users shall not interfere with or disrupt the service to any user, host, or network.

Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Organization's services. The Organization reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of any criminal activity.
Changes to the Policy
The Organization reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Organization's website.
